GENERAL NOTES ON FIT
for swrve bottoms, we strive to be as true to size as possible. most other companies offer vanity sizing, but with us, a 32 means the waist circumference of the garment is 32". we update our size guides to provide the current sizing per garment frequently.
if you have trousers of which you like the fit, measure the waist and that is the swrve size! to measure the waist, lay them flat and make sure the front and back of the waistband lay evenly across each other, then measure from side to side (fold to fold on the inside), multiply by 2 (there are 2 layers of fabric) and voilà, you’ve got your measurement.
for swrve tops, please note our fit is a slimmer European fit similar to American Apparel's fit
Los Angeles curbside pick up is a free option to come pick up your order at our Headquarters in Glassell Park :) We'll email you the moment your order is packed up with all info needed!
FREE Priority USPS shipping with your $135 order, or $5 shipping under $135.
for other options, shipping cost is determined by the package weight and destination.
for domestic (US) customers USPS Priority is usually the fastest, least expensive option. to get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and enter your mailing address at check out, the system will give you an estimate for shipping with various USPS and UPS options.
for international customers we suggest using DHL as it tends to be the best deal. We offer $25 DHL shipping with your minimum $150 order. It will arrive at your doorstep, regardless of where you are in the world, within 5 business days, and you get to track it as it makes its way to you. USPS Priority and First Class Mail may be a bit less expensive, but they have a higher tendency to lose packages. Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost packages! UPS rates tend to be rather exorbitant and you may be faced with a custom brokerage fee NOT included in the shipping rate.
international customers: please note that you may be charged additional customs duty fees at delivery NOT included in the shipping rate. these fees vary widely from country to country and there is nothing we can do to prevent them.
attention Canadian customers! our system will offer you UPS as a shipping option that may seem attractive, but we suggest NOT using UPS for orders going to Canada as they sometimes present you with a separate and additional customs clearance bill (on top of the customs duty) for $50 or more. eek!

- winter cap
- weight wool hood
Best for me.
I wear this cap under a helmet for cycling throughout late fall/winter/early spring in Winnipeg, Manitoba (November-April) in temps ranging from 0deg C (32F) down to -40deg C (-40F) varying what I wear below. On its own it blocks the wind & breathes very well, & the fleece warms my ears, I can fit a 200 weight wool skull cap & another 200 weight wool hood or balaclava when required, I have a large long oval head ~61cm (~24"), so it is difficult to find hats that fit my head. I ordered an XL which gives me enough room for layers without being too loose on its own. For me, from other outdoor/cycling companies, I have not found a winter cap as great as this one. Much thanks to the Swrve Team!
A really nice Belgian cap!
Have had another Belgian cap I wore to death and brought back to life. Love this design for winter riding. Swerve is thinner and easier to fit under helmet. Fleece is comfy over ears and windblocking layer has been adequate for me from 20* up to 40s. Once it's on, I never give it another thought , which is the highest complement for kit and equipment in my opinion.
keeps my head cozy
it's warm and soft and fits perfectly under my helmet. i think it looks pretty goofy (on me, at least) so i tend to immediately swap it out for a beanie when i get off the bike, but it does its job (keeping my head at a comfortable temperature on my winter commute) admirably.
Swrve Belgium sift shell hat
Fantastic under helmet cycling hat. Feels warm, good fit dark grey. I may wear it if it warms up to +20°f tomorrow.
This fine hat has been a capable companion through the rainy Washington state winter. It's the only hat I used on the bike November to March, from sub-freezing to, say, 45 degrees F. Being able to fold up the ear flaps is a plus. _Tight_, as the kids say. Also, though, a more luxurious sweat band would be a welcome improvement (inevitably I have a line across my forehead after a couple of hours); or, may I suggest sizing up if you are between sizes?
