This Privacy Policy describes how swrve LLC (“swrve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information when you interact with our website and services (the “Services”).

Swrve LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company registered in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our Services are hosted by Shopify, and order fulfillment is handled by a third-party logistics provider (“3PL”) located in Los Angeles, California.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months, we may have collected:

We will honor opt-out requests to the fullest extent required by the privacy law applicable to your state.

We extend these rights to all U.S. residents making a verifiable request, regardless of state, to the extent operationally practicable.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing where required by applicable law, and we treat such signals as a valid consumer request without requiring additional steps.
